Lavinia Iancu has an experience of over 20 years in business management and has attended in-depth management courses. She is licensed in the field of Industrial Engineering, Welding Technology and Equipment specialization, and in Psychology. After graduating from higher education in the Polytechnic University of Bucharest (1985), she coordinated the export activity of Intreprinderea de Utilaj Minier (Mining Equipment Enterprise) Filipestii de Padure (Head of Export Department). Following the downsizing of the factory’s activity, she joined the team of journalists of Romania Libera publication (1990).

She is currently Managing Director of Industry Media Vector and coordinates the newsroom team of Energy Industry Review publication, having a rich experience as energy business analyst. She has been involved in the organization of events dedicated to the oil and gas industry for over 13 years.
