Mr. Adrian Borotea is a valuable member of the CEZ Romania top management team, lately managing the Group strategy, EU Agenda and renewables.

He graduated an EMBA at Pittsburgh University, having also over 25 years of experience in the electricity sector and regulations.

Mr. Borotea is an active member of different Boards of the most important associations in the electricity sector, being also VP at RWEA.

Before CEZ, Mr. Borotea worked for ANRE, being during the last year there, Vice President; the same time, he was Vice President of ERRA (Eastern European Regulators Association).
